Eggplant Gateway for RDP connection

  • Fixes an issue in RDP connections where new lines in Command Prompt could fail. (CRD-1935)

Eggplant Gateway for Citrix browser connection (HTML5)

  • Adds support for non-US keyboard layouts, including the French layout. This enhancement enables users to input text using their native keyboard layouts when connecting to Citrix sessions through the browser gateway.
  • Improves keyboard handling with enhanced NumLock logic and extended key mappings, providing more accurate keyboard input for various key combinations and special keys.
  • Enables macOS and Linux support for Citrix browser connections, expanding platform compatibility beyond Windows.
    • Following are the known limitations for this release on Linux and Mac:
      • The SetRemoteclipboard command does not function as expected on Linux and Mac.
      • Alt key does not function as expected for Mac.
  • Adds support for connection flavors (Ica versus Html5), providing more explicit control over the connection type used when establishing Citrix sessions.
    • Example --flavor "Ica" or --flavor "Html5"

Eggplant Gateway for Single System

  • Allows Single System connections to run from Eggplant DAI.

Eggplant Gateway for iOS

  • Improves the mount operation status checking for iOS devices, providing more reliable feedback when mounting disk images to devices.

Eggplant Gateway for Sauce Labs

  • Fixes an issue where launching an app with an incorrect app name would break the entire session. The gateway now handles app launch failures more gracefully without terminating the connection.

General improvements

  • Adds support for extended clipboard operations with peek and request messages, enabling more advanced clipboard interactions between client and server.
  • Improves framebuffer update handling by optimizing how screen updates are processed and transmitted, resulting in better performance and reduced bandwidth usage.
  • Enhances logging capabilities with process ID (PID) and additional contextual information, making troubleshooting and diagnostics easier.
  • Adds additional configuration options for the demo gateway, including performance testing capabilities for benchmarking and validation purposes.
